These terms apply to all purchases made through the Banana London website. By using this site and placing an order, you agree to the following conditions.

Banana London is a UK-based clothing company specialising in premium cotton boxer shorts, pyjamas and accessories for men, women, and children. All products are made with care and designed to last.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
2. Product Descriptions
We take care to ensure all items are accurately described and photographed. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen. All sizes are listed in UK sizing — please consult our size guide before placing your order.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken at the time of order. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other secure payment methods offered through our Shopify checkout.
4. Shipping
We aim to dispatch orders within 1–3 working days. Delivery times and charges are calculated at checkout. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive tracking details via email.

5. Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your order. However, as a small business, we have specific return terms:
Men’s & Boys’ Boxer Shorts
Due to hygiene reasons, men’s and boys’ boxer shorts are non-returnable once removed from their packaging. Please check our size guide carefully before purchasing or contact our customer service team info@bananalondon.com.
Women’s Boxers, Pyjamas & Caps
These items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt if:
- Items are unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging
- Items are returned in the same condition as received
To request a return, email us at info@bananalondon.com with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Refunds will be processed within 10 working days of receiving your return.
6. Faulty Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, please contact us at info@bananalondon.com within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a refund or exchange and cover the cost of return postage if necessary.
