Shipping
We aim to dispatch all orders the same working day. Orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched the next working day. All orders are sent via Royal Mail.

Duties & Import Taxes
Europe & USA: Duties and import taxes are calculated at checkout, so there should be no additional duties or import taxes to pay on delivery.
Rest of the World: Duties and import taxes are not collected at checkout. Any local duties, taxes or customs charges that apply are the responsibility of the customer and may be charged on delivery.
Missed or Lost Parcels
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe:

UK: Please contact us within 10 working days of your order date

International: Please contact us within 35 working days
Refunds or replacements will only be issued once the parcel is confirmed lost by Royal Mail.
Returns
We hope you love your order, but if you would like to make a return, please let us know within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unworn, unused and returned in their original condition. For hygiene reasons, men’s and boys’ boxer shorts can only be returned if unopened and in their original packaging.
