Returns & Exchanges
We hope you love your order — but if something’s not quite right, we’ll do our best to make it right.
What You Can Return
We accept returns on the following items within 30 daysof delivery:

· Women’s boxer shorts

· Pyjamas (adult and children’s)

· Caps
To be eligible, items must be:

· Unworn and unwashed

· In their original packaging
-
· In the same condition you received them
To start a return, email info@bananalondon.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send you the return instructions.
Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 working days.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item, just let us know in your return email. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Sale Items
Sale items are exchange only unless faulty. Refunds are not issued for discounted products.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

Men’s boxer shorts
-
Boys’ boxer shorts
…once they have been removed from their original packaging.
